Dominik has been advising and supporting companies in filling success-critical positions for over 15 years. In addition to retail and industry as key sectors, Dominik's experience and expertise in the CEE and SEE region make him a sought-after partner and bridge builder between Western European head offices and regional subsidiaries.
After studying economics, which also took Dominik to Eastern Europe and Asia, and gaining valuable professional experience in industry and consulting companies, he joined the international recruitment consultancy Neumann & Partners in 2008, where he was responsible for Austria and several Eastern European subsidiaries as a consultant and managing director. During these years, he supported a large number of Western European companies in their expansion into Eastern Europe and built up an extensive network in the region.
In 2014, he took over the Austrian and CEE business of LAB & Company as a partner and managing director, which he has also been running since the successful rebranding to weknow Consulting Group.
As a recognized expert for retail and Eastern Europe, Dominik supports national and international retail companies in the search and selection of C-level and expert positions in Germany and abroad. With his profound knowledge of the market and his keen understanding of cultural specifics, he is a sought-after partner for a wide range of industries that are setting up branches or subsidiaries in Eastern Europe.
Straightforward and empathetic in his personal dealings and solution-oriented in his approach, he can also impress with complex mandates with exceptionally high staffing ratios.
Dominik also lives out his passion for foreign cultures in his private life: on extensive off-road trips off the beaten track, he discovers countries and their cultures in their original state.
