Briefing and specification ᐁ

We always start our projects with a comprehensive briefing. A common understanding of the position and the requirements is essential and the basis for the joint success of the project. 


Based on the briefing, we create a detailed specification that contains all relevant information about the company, the position and the ideal profile of the potential candidate. This specification forms the basis for the subsequent search and selection process and, after direct contact, is forwarded to interested and suitable candidates. 


We are absolutely honest with you and let you know early on how we assess the candidate market and whether the desired profile can be identified and addressed.

Research and direct approach ᐁ

Every search begins with a comprehensive market research supported by our strong connection in the relevant industries, our important insights and our network with the key players. 


We do our own research and approach people ourselves! We therefore do not use bots that approach several hundred candidates unfiltered. Our approach is – in a good way – analogue, serious, respectful and personal and includes direct contact by telephone or private email. 


Our candidates are hand-picked, contacted on an equal footing and guided through the process with care and discretion. We also proceed with tact and absolute confidentiality when it comes to top-secret appointments.

Interview and presentation ᐁ

We personally conduct in-depth telephone interviews, and the most qualified candidates are invited to a comprehensive, structured and personal interview or video call. 


From a large number of personalities, we will usually select three to a maximum of five people and present them to you in writing in the form of detailed, confidential reports with a detailed description of their educational background, professional career, and a comprehensive analysis and overall assessment based on the impressions from the interview. 


We will only present those who will help your company move forward, who are an excellent personal fit with your culture, and who represent the solution to your problem. 


We also accompany the presentation of suitable candidates and are available as a contact person for both sides throughout the whole process.

References, diagnostics and project completion ᐁ

Of course, we will obtain confidential references about the final candidate upon request. Optionally, we use the HOGAN Assessment diagnostic tool for 360° validation. 


We accompany the entire selection process, support the contract negotiations until they are concluded and are also available later as a contact person for both sides. 


The first weeks and months in the workplace are of the utmost importance for the successful integration of the new employee. During this time, we support everyone involved with our expertise.

We value cooperative collaboration. We conduct all discussions openly and with honest, personal feedback. During the project, we keep the candidates up to date, are in regular contact and accompany them through sometimes complex and lengthy selection processes.
